We’re located over at 481/1 Ravi Prakash Nagar in Bangalore. Omlogisticsltd is tucked right behind the MSIL Complex in the HAL area. It’s a busy part of town because of all the industrial stuff and the airport activity around here. We spend our days handling various logistics tasks. The office isn’t anything special to look at, just a place with some desks, chairs, and a lot of old files. We deal with a lot of heavy lifting, both figuratively and literally. The noise from the HAL area is something you just get used to after working here for a while. We have a small crew and we’ve all been together for quite a bit. We start our shift early, usually when the air is still a little cool before the sun comes up. By noon, it’s all hustle and bustle. We don’t have any polished speeches about what we do for a living. We just make sure the crates get onto the right trucks. Sometimes the logistics of it all gets very complicated, but we just sit down together and figure it out. We know the local chai wala by his first name and he always knows our orders without asking. It’s a very grounded kind of life here in this part of Bangalore. We don’t worry about big titles or wearing fancy suits to work. We just focus on the task at hand. The 560071 area is our home base. It’s just how we do things.
