Omar Nisar Architects

We are Omar Nisar Architects and we run our firm out of Green Fields Apartments on Prime Street. We've been in Richmond Town for a while now. The office is at No.302. Architecture in Bangalore can be tricky with all the new rules, but we try to keep things straightforward. It's just a small team here. We spend most of our days looking at drawings and talking to contractors. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but it’s a good spot to work. We handle different types of buildings. Usually, people come to us because they heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We don't do much advertising. We just focus on the plans and making sure the measurements are right. If you are looking for the office, it's just off Prime Street. There isn't a big sign outside, so you might have to look for the apartment building number. Bangalore has changed a lot, especially this part of town, but we’ve stayed put. We like the area. It’s got a bit of history. Anyway, that’s us. Just a bunch of people trying to get the drawings done on time and making sure the sites are running okay. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace with a lot of papers and some computers.
