Our office is on the 2nd Floor of a building at No. 9, right on the 10th Main Road in Jiwan Bima Nagar. If you’ve ever been on the Main Road here, you know how hectic it can get with all the traffic and the people. We’re up above the noise a little bit, which helps. The stairs are narrow, so moving furniture in was a real nightmare, let me tell you. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we handle everything. It’s mostly desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We don’t really go in for fancy decorations. There’s a map on the wall and maybe a clock that’s a few minutes fast. We spend a lot of time coordinating things over the phone. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure people are where they need to be. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone is talking at once, but we manage. We’ve got a small balcony where we go to take a break and look at the traffic below. It’s a good way to clear your head. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. We don't have any of those "best service" slogans or anything. We just try to get through the to-do list and make sure nothing gets missed. It’s a solid group of people working here, and we just take things one day at a time.
