Karishma Agarbathi Company

Karishma Agarbathi Company is located right near the Old Toll Gate on Mysore Road. If you know that area, you’ve probably passed by our street, the 2nd Cross, many times. We are at Number 17A. It’s a busy part of the city, and the traffic on Mysore Road is almost always heavy, but we like being here. We make agarbathi, so there’s usually a nice scent hanging around the building, which the neighbors don't seem to mind. It’s a lot of manual work, getting the sticks ready and packing them up. We’ve been doing this for a long time now. We started small and we’re still a local company at heart. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we stay quite busy. We have a few people who have been working with us for years, so it feels a bit like a second home. We don't do much in terms of advertising or big promotions. Most of our work comes from people who already know where we are. We just focus on getting the bundles out the door and making sure the fragrance is right. It’s a steady pace of work. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big batch, but that’s just part of the job. Mysore Road is always moving, and so are we.
