Ohmark Controls Private Limited

Our company, Ohmark Controls Private Limited, is situated at Survey No. 138/1, Block-1, right near Kadabagere Cross on Magadi Main Road. We’re in Machohalli Village, which is part of Dasanapura Hobli. It’s a bit of a journey to get out here, but we like having the extra space. It’s not like the cramped offices in the city center. Around here, you still see a bit of the old village life, though there are more and more small factories popping up every year. Our building is a simple, no-nonsense structure. We’ve got the production area and the office all under one roof. It’s a bit dusty because of the roads nearby, so we’re always wiping down the desks. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don’t wear suits or have big meetings about goals. We just look at what needs to be made and we make it. During the monsoon, the roads can get a bit tricky, but we manage to get here. Most of the staff are from the local area, so there’s a lot of Kannada spoken around the lunch table. We have our tea together in the afternoon, usually standing outside if the weather is decent. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. It's just a place where we work and then go home.
