AECS Layout is a bit tucked away in Chinappanahalli, and that is where you will find us at OHM Mobility. Our office is in B 104 of the Rohan Mihira building. It is not one of those huge corporate parks you see all over Bangalore, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of our time thinking about how people actually get around this city without losing their minds in traffic. The commute here can be a real headache, so we understand the struggle. We are just a small group of people working on mobility stuff. The office gets some nice sunlight in the morning, which makes the early starts a bit better. We have a few desks, some computers, and usually a lot of notes scattered around. It feels more like a lived-in space than a polished showroom. There is a small tea stall just around the corner where we usually end up in the afternoon. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, handle the logistics, and try to make sense of the daily schedules. Sometimes the power goes out in the layout, but we just take a break until it comes back on. It is a very practical, low-key environment. We have been in this building for a while now and the neighbors are all pretty friendly. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
