Ofic Building Materials is located on the 2nd floor of Prestige Plaza. We are right on the Yelahanka New Town Main Road, literally next door to the Mother Dairy. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the dairy is. We spend our days surrounded by samples of roofing and other building supplies. It’s a lot of technical talk about durability and how materials hold up in the weather. We aren't the kind of people who sit in fancy boardrooms. We’re usually in the office or down at a warehouse checking on stock. The office is functional, with desks and plenty of samples scattered around for people to look at. We’ve been serving the Bangalore area from this Yelahanka spot for a while now. It’s a growing part of town, so there’s always a lot of construction going on nearby. We don't do big fancy ads. We just talk to the builders and the contractors who need the materials. It’s a straightforward business. We show you what we have, we tell you the price, and we get it delivered. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve got a small, dedicated team here. We aren't corporate types; we’re just folks who know our materials inside and out. If you’re passing by Mother Dairy, you’ll see our sign on the plaza. Just come up to the second floor.
