Office Secretary, Account Assistant

We are over in Bangalore, specifically in the Manjunath Nagar area. The address is 152 on 3rd Main Road, which is part of the 1st Stage, 2nd Phase of West of Chord Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful to tell people over the phone. We are operating out of a place looked after by Mr. Sathish. This isn't a big fancy corporate office. It’s more of a home-style office setup where we handle secretarial work and accounting tasks. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s fairly calm compared to the main roads of Bangalore. We have a few desks set up for the administrative work. It’s a small operation. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and managing files for various clients. The 560007 pin code area is where we've been based for a while now. It’s easy to miss the building if you aren’t looking closely at the house numbers. We don't have any big signs out front. Inside, it’s just us working through the daily tasks. Sometimes we have to run out to get documents signed or visit the bank. It’s a practical way to work without all the overhead of a big building. The internet can be spotty sometimes, which makes the accounting software slow, but we make do. It’s a honest day's work in a quiet corner of the city. We keep things simple here. Just a few people keeping the books balanced and the letters typed.
