Oceanus Group

Oceanus Group is set up in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. Specifically, we are on the 1st Floor of a building at the corner of 1st Cross and 7th Main, house number 297. BTM is a crowded place, full of students and young professionals, so there is always a lot of life around the office. We’ve got a lot of small eateries and tea stalls nearby, which is where we usually end up during our breaks. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some desks and a small area for visitors to sit. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while now, and we’ve seen it change quite a bit as more people moved in. Our work involves a lot of property management and development tasks. There is always a pile of blueprints or legal papers on someone’s desk. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a little hectic. We aren’t really interested in sounding like a big corporate entity. We are just local people who know the Bangalore real estate scene pretty well. We spend our hours talking to contractors, checking on construction schedules, and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of routine stuff, but it’s what keeps the business running. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else in BTM.
