Nxp Semiconductors

We are based on the first floor at 816, 63rd Cross, over in Kumaraswamy Layout 1st Stage. Being in Bangalore, we are right in the middle of everything. It is a very practical space for us. We do not have those modern art pieces in the lobby or a gym for employees. It is just desks, computers, and a lot of semiconductor talk throughout the day. We have been at this address for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the street outside. Most of the people working here at Nxp Semiconductors have been around for many years. We are not a startup with bean bags; we are a group of workers who really know the industry. The work is mostly about precision and making sure the chips and components are handled correctly. We do not write long manifestos about our values. We just show up on time and do what is expected of us. Sometimes we stay late when there is a deadline, and other times we leave early to beat the Bangalore traffic. It is a regular job. The first floor is convenient for moving things in and out, though we sometimes wish the elevator was a bit faster. We know our neighbors and they know us. It is a simple existence here at 63rd Cross. We focus on the task and try not to make things more difficult than they need to be. It is just honest work.
