Our office is based in Frazer Town on Mosque Road at number 16. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets, especially in the evenings. We’ve been doing development work here for some time. It is an older part of the city with a lot of history and we try to keep that in mind. We aren't some flashy new company with a lot of corporate talk. We are just a group of people who understand how land and buildings work. Most days involve a lot of meetings with contractors and checking on various sites we have going on. We don’t have a big receptionist or a waiting room. It’s just us and our desks. We deal with the usual problems like delayed permits or weather issues. It’s just part of the reality of developing property. We don’t try to paint a perfect picture of it. It’s hard work and it takes a long time to see results. We like the vibe of Mosque Road and being near all the local shops. It feels like we are part of a community rather than just a business. We focus on the details that matter like making sure the drainage is right and the structures are solid. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. People seem to appreciate that we just get on with it. Our team is small and we prefer it that way. It makes it easier to keep track of what is happening on the ground without things getting lost in a big chain of command. We are usually here until late if there is a project finishing up.
