Nttf

We are based at 1460, Lakshmi Venkateshwara Nilaya, which is on Canara Bank Road in Bangalore. The area is pretty easy to navigate once you find the main road. Nttf has been here for a while, and the building has a bit of a traditional feel to it. There is a lot of green around this part of Karnataka, which is a nice change from the more crowded parts of the city. The road can get a bit congested during the morning rush, especially with the school buses and people heading to work. Our office is a straightforward setup. We have some long tables and a lot of chairs for people to sit. It’s not the kind of place with glass walls or modern art. Instead, we have some shelves with manuals and a few boxes stacked in the corner. The light in the afternoon is quite bright, so we usually have to pull the curtains shut to see the computer screens properly. We have a small area out back where some of us go to have lunch and talk about things other than work. It feels very grounded and real here. We don't have a uniform or any strict rules about how to sit, as long as the work is getting finished. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day, even if the ceiling fan squeaks a bit when it is on the highest setting. Most of us have been here long enough that we don't even notice the noise anymore.
