Our place is called Gayathri, and we are situated in Peringolam, which is under the Kunnamangalam post office in the Calicut district of Kerala. It’s a beautiful part of the country, though it gets very damp during the monsoon season. We are tucked away a bit, so it isn’t as noisy as the main city center. Our building is simple. We have the basic things we need to operate. Most of the staff here are from around the 673571 zip code area. We tend to start our mornings early before the humidity gets too high. There’s a lot of greenery around the office, which is nice when you need to take a break and look out the window. We don't spend a lot of time thinking about branding or how we look to the rest of the world. We just make sure the work is finished on time. We usually have some local snacks around the break area. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few umbrellas drying by the door. We don't have any big corporate message posted on the wall. We just show up and do our jobs. It’s a practical way of living. We’ve become a small part of the local landscape in Peringolam over the years. It is a quiet existence but we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
