We have a few rooms where we keep our files and desks. Most of the time, the team is just busy with the usual daily chores. Bangalore traffic can be a nightmare, so we’re always glad when we finally get through the door in the morning. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our computers or talking about a project. We keep things very informal around here. There’s no dress code or anything like that. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and have no real plans to move. It’s convenient for most of us, and the local shops have everything we need. We don't do anything flashy. We just stay here and work through our list of things to do until the day is over. It’s a steady routine.
