Npcl

We are based in the Bangalore 560 025 area, which is pretty central if you know the city. It’s an old part of town, so the roads are a bit narrower than the new tech parks, but it has a lot of character. Our office for Npcl isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a standard floor in a building where we handle all the local operations. The traffic outside is usually a mess, especially during peak hours, so most of us try to get in early or stay a bit late to avoid the worst of it. Inside, it’s the usual mix of ringing phones and people talking over each other. We don’t have any of those modern bean bags or fancy coffee machines. We just have a small pantry and some desks that have been here since we opened. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really minds. We are mostly focused on the daily grind and keeping the Npcl work moving forward in this part of Karnataka. It gets pretty loud with the horns honking outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a mix of younger staff and some who have been with the company for twenty years. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It’s just a typical Bangalore office experience for us.
