Noodle Restaurant

You can find us on the first floor over on Whitefield Road in Mahadevapura. Being on the first floor is nice because we can look down at all the traffic while we work. The kitchen is mostly just woks and high-flame burners, so it stays pretty hot and noisy in the back. We do a lot of noodles and fried rice for the people working in the nearby tech parks. During lunch, it’s a total scramble to get everything out on time. We use a lot of soy sauce and fresh ginger, and you can smell it as soon as you walk up the stairs. The floors can get a little bit sticky from all the steam and oil, so we are always scrubbing them down at night. We don't have a big menu; we just stick to what we know how to cook fast. The staff is mostly young guys who are quick on their feet and don't mind the heat. We aren't a fancy place for a date, but if you want something hot and quick, that’s what we do. Sometimes the delivery orders get piled up on the counter and it looks like a mess, but we get through it. We like being in Mahadevapura because it’s always active. It’s just a basic noodle shop where we try to keep the woks moving and the customers fed.
