NN Leathers

We are located at No. 204 on 1st Main in the 7th Block of Koramangala. The Saibaba Temple is very close to us, which is how most people find our place. NN Leathers is a small operation. We work with leather goods, mostly handling the finishing and small repairs. The shop is on the first floor. It always smells like leather and glue inside, which we’ve gotten used to over the years. Koramangala is a busy place now, much more than when we first started. There’s always cars honking outside near the Saibaba Temple. We have a few workbenches where we do the cutting and stitching. It’s not a high-end boutique. It’s a workshop. We have piles of leather scraps in the corners and tools hanging on the walls. Sometimes we get customers who want something custom-made, and we do our best with what we have. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the trade. We focus on the work rather than how the shop looks. The light in the afternoons is good for seeing the stitches. We’ve stayed in this same spot in the 7th Block because the rent is manageable and our regulars know where to go. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock, but we make it work. It’s just how we’ve always done it. We just open up in the morning and see what the day brings.
