Niwa Associates

Niwa Associates is a small setup located at number 81 on Sinhgad Road in Jayanagar. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building has started to show its age a little, but we like it that way. It has a bit of history. There are just a few of us in the office. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. Everyone just helps out where they can. Jayanagar is a busy part of town, but our corner on Sinhgad Road stays relatively calm. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them to come see us. We keep our paperwork organized in old filing cabinets and do most of our planning on a big table in the middle of the room. It’s not a high-tech environment, but it works for what we do. We aren't trying to change the world. Niwa Associates is just about doing reliable work for the people who need it. Sometimes we stay late to finish something up, and other days we leave early if things are quiet. It’s a flexible way of working that keeps us happy. We don't need much more than that. The tea shop around the corner is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a routine that’s worked for us for years, and we don't plan on changing it.
