Nithya Properties Developers is based out of New Kaval bysandra. Our office is situated at number 41285 on the 24th Main, right near the 7th Cross in the 1st Sector. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you’re coming from the other side of the city, but it’s a growing area with a lot of new things happening. We focus on the land and the buildings around this part of town. The office is pretty simple—just some tables, some maps on the wall, and a few chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time out of the office, looking at different sites or meeting people at their properties. New Kaval bysandra has changed quite a bit since we first set up shop. There are more houses now and the roads are getting busier. We don't have a big corporate office with a lobby. Instead, you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. We try to be direct about things. Property can be complicated, so we just try to explain what we know without using too much jargon. It’s a local business and we plan on staying that way. Sometimes we have a lot of people in and it gets loud, other times it’s just the sound of the ceiling fan while we do the paperwork. We keep a stack of local newspapers on the table for anyone who has to wait for a few minutes.
