Our office for Nitesh Estates Pvt. Ltd is on the first floor of the C.T. Nirmala building. It’s located at 25/1, 16th ‘G’ Street in Jogupalya, which is part of the Ulsoor area in Bangalore. Ulsoor is an old and interesting part of the city, and being on 16th ‘G’ Street puts us right in the middle of it. We like the vibe around here. The building isn't a massive skyscraper, just a regular place where we can get our work done. Being on the first floor means we see people passing by all day. We deal with all sorts of estate and property matters. It’s a lot of talking to people and filling out forms. Bangalore property can be complicated, so we spend a lot of time double-checking things. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. Our office is a bit cluttered with folders and blueprints, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in the 560 001 area for a while now and we know the local streets and the people who live here. It’s a community-based kind of feel. Sometimes we stay late when a project is reaching a deadline, but usually, we head home when the sun goes down. We just do our best to stay organized and help out anyone who comes in with a question about their property or land.
