Nitesh Estates Pvt Ltd has a presence out near Seegalli, close to the Kadugudi side of Bangalore. We’re based around Nitesh Forest Hills. It’s a bit of a trek from the city center, but it’s where a lot of the growth is happening lately. Being near Kadugudi means we see a lot of people moving out this way looking for more space. Our office is pretty functional. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some maps of the local plots and maybe a calendar that’s a month behind. We spend a lot of time walking the ground and checking on how things are looking. It’s a lot of outdoor work compared to being stuck in a cubicle all day. The traffic getting out here can be a bit much sometimes, but once you’re here, it’s a bit more open. We deal with various estate matters and property oversight. It’s the kind of job where you wear boots more often than dress shoes. We’ve seen the trees give way to buildings in this area quite fast. It’s our job to manage that transition on our end. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do a solid job for the people who deal with us. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting people on-site to discuss boundaries and projects.
