Nitesh Estates Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in Nanda Glory, which is at Apartment No 009 on the 2nd Main Road. A lot of people around here call it the KEB Main Road. We’re over in Ittamadu, specifically in the BSK 3rd Stage area of Bangalore. Nitesh Estates Private Limited has been operating from this residential-style setup for a good bit. It’s a bit different than a big glass office building, but it works for us. It feels more like home, and it’s quieter, which helps when we’re trying to sort out estate documents or property details. Bangalore is a big place, and being in 560 085 puts us in a nice part of the south. We mostly spend our time looking at maps, talking to folks about land, and dealing with the local authorities. There’s always some new rule or some paperwork that needs filing, so we stay pretty occupied. We don’t have a lot of staff, so when you come by, you’re likely talking to one of the people who actually does the legwork. We keep things pretty informal. If the fan is on and the papers aren't flying everywhere, it's a good day. Dealing with estates can be a bit of a headache with all the legalities, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work without much fuss.
