Nitesh Constructions

My name is Kumar K. and I run Nitesh Constructions out of Nagappa Block here in Srirampuram. The office is at number 10 on 3rd Cross. It’s a local operation in this part of Bangalore and we’ve been here for quite a while. Our neighborhood is pretty packed with houses and shops, so we are always right in the middle of things. I usually spend my mornings checking on the different sites we have going and then head back to the office to handle the billing and the planning. It’s a small place, just enough room for a desk and some chairs for when people come to talk about their house plans. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of the people we work for are from around Karnataka and they usually found us because they saw one of our signs at a site. Construction is a messy business and our boots are usually covered in mud or dust by the end of the day. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork gets ahead of us. It’s just me and a few others making sure the walls go up straight and the roofs don't leak. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things. If you walk down 3rd Cross, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a busy little spot but it’s home for the business and has been for years.
