Nitesh Constructions Pvt. Ltd

We’ve been working out of this spot on 17th Cross in Malleswaram for a while now. Nitesh Constructions Pvt. Ltd is basically just a group of us who handle various building projects around Bangalore. You can find us at number 76. The neighborhood is pretty busy, but we like it here because it feels like a real part of the city. We spend most of our mornings looking over plans or dealing with site issues that pop up. It isn't always glamorous work, but it's what we do. Someone is usually at the desk if you drop by, though we might be out at a site if things are moving fast. We don't really go in for fancy offices or big displays. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and coffee mugs. We’ve seen Malleswaram change quite a bit over the years, and it's interesting to be part of the physical side of that change. Construction is a lot of logistics and talking to people, making sure materials show up and workers know what they're doing for the day. It’s hard work, and the weather sometimes messes with our schedule, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We just try to keep things moving along and stay on top of the paperwork that comes with being a private limited company. It's a steady life and we know the local area well enough by now.
