Nitesh Construction Pvt Ltd

We run Nitesh Construction Pvt Ltd from our office on the second floor of a building on 16th Cross in Kanakanagar. It’s over in the RT Nagar area of Bangalore. Being on the second floor means we get a little bit of a view of the street, which is always moving. The office itself is number 24. It’s a regular workspace with plenty of files and maps of the city pinned to the walls. Bangalore has changed so much since we started, and we’ve been part of that by working on various construction projects around the city. Our days start early with calls to suppliers and checking in with our site supervisors. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure sand and cement show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes the traffic in RT Nagar makes it hard for us to get around quickly, but we manage. We aren't a huge outfit with hundreds of people, just a dedicated group trying to build things that last. You won't find us wearing suits very often because we are usually climbing around half-finished buildings. We keep things simple and talk to our clients directly without any middleman. The office is often a bit messy with blueprints and half-drunk cups of tea, but that’s because we are actually working. We just do our job and hope the results speak for themselves. It’s a tough business but we’ve stuck with it for quite a long time.
