We've been at this spot on Mysore Road for quite a bit now. It’s right around the 6th mile mark in Nayandanahalli. If you know the area, you know the traffic can get pretty heavy, especially in the mornings. Our place here at Nitco Paints is mostly about getting the work done. The warehouse is a bit loud sometimes with the mixing and moving of cans, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We aren't really much for fancy decorations or big signs. It’s a practical space. The guys here have been working together for a long time, so we have a rhythm. Most days, it's just about checking the inventory and making sure everything is where it needs to be. You see a lot of different people coming through the doors, some regular contractors and some folks just looking for a specific shade. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We keep things simple. There isn't a whole lot of drama. We just focus on the paint and making sure the orders are ready when they need to be. It's a lot of manual work, lifting and shifting, but we don't mind. The building itself has seen better days, maybe, but it serves its purpose well enough for what we do every day. It’s just a job, but we do it right. Everyone knows their part.
