Nisarga Builders

Nisarga Builders is situated at 37/1 Brigade Road on the second floor of the Brigade Gardens building. This is a very busy part of town, especially being so close to St Joseph College of Commerce. You can always see students walking around and plenty of shoppers heading to the different stores. Our office is tucked away from the main noise of the street, but you can still feel the energy of the area. We have a modest setup on the second floor where we handle all the details related to our building projects. There are usually several maps and site plans rolled up in the corners or spread out on the desks. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and the afternoons are for meetings or sorting out the legal paperwork that comes with construction. It’s a small office where everyone knows what the others are working on. We don’t have any polished sales pitches or high-end decor. The chairs are comfortable enough, and there’s always a stack of newspapers near the entrance. Working on Brigade Road means there is never a dull moment, although finding a place to park is almost impossible most days. We’ve been based in Brigade Gardens for quite some time now, and we like being in the heart of the city even if it gets a bit chaotic. We just take things one day at a time and keep our focus on the work at hand.
