Nirmaan

We have been operating Nirmaan out of this space at Jaya Chamarajendra Road for quite a while now. You can find us at Hingwala Cross Lane 309/13, which is tucked away in a spot that can be a bit tricky for first-time visitors. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few rooms filled with desks, old files, and a lot of half-finished sketches. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over the day's schedule. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of noise from the main road, but we have gotten used to it. Sometimes the local kids play cricket right outside the door and we have to watch out when we walk out. Our team is small, mostly just a few guys who have been with us since the start. We don't really do much in terms of advertising because most people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. The walls inside could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with work to worry about that. My desk is always a mess of pens and measuring tapes. We just try to do a good job on every project that comes our way and keep things simple. It is a local business and we like being part of this community on JC Road. If you ever stop by, just look for the old wooden door near the corner.
