Out here in Ganganagar, Bangalore, we have our place at 34/1 on the 2nd Cross. It is right near the 2nd Main, so it is fairly easy to find once you know the turns. Bangalore weather is usually on our side, which makes working in a warehouse-style space much easier than in other cities. We deal with all sorts of paints and coatings every single day. The floor is usually covered in various marks from moving pallets around, and there is always that faint smell of fresh paint in the air. We are not a massive corporate office; it is more of a hands-on spot where we spend a lot of time on our feet. The street outside can get pretty cramped with bikes and delivery vans, especially in the afternoons. We have been in this Ganganagar location for a while, so we know the local tea stall owners and the other business folks on the cross. Our day is basically a mix of loading trucks and checking invoices. We don't have a big marketing department here, just a few of us who know the product and how to get it to the customers. It is a bit messy sometimes, and the shelves are always being rearranged, but that is just part of the job. We just try to get everything out the door on time.
