Nilugal Associates

Nilugal Associates is situated over in Nagarbhavi at number 195. We have been working out of this same spot for quite a few years. It is a local business through and through. We deal with different property matters and some consulting work for people in the area. The office is on the smaller side and we do not really bother with decorating it much. It is mostly just stacks of files and a few computers. We know the streets of Nagarbhavi very well because we live and work right here every day. When people come into the office, we just sit down and have a chat about what they are looking for. There is no sales script or fancy slide presentation here. If a piece of land looks good, we say so. If there are problems with the paperwork or the title, we will tell you that too. It is just easier for everyone to be direct. We see a lot of the same people around the neighborhood. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit noisy during the day, but we have gotten used to it. Dealing with local houses and plots takes up almost all our time. We are not some big corporation with offices everywhere. It is just a handful of us trying to get the work done properly. You usually have to come by or call us to see what is available. We keep track of things in our own way.
