The office for Nikitha Build-Tech Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Bahubalinagar, right over in Jalahalli. If you know the 2nd Main and 7th Cross area, you probably walked past us a dozen times without thinking much of it. We have been working out of this part of Bangalore for a good stretch of time now. It’s a busy neighborhood, especially with the local traffic, but our spot is relatively manageable. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of blueprints that seem to grow every month. We don't have a big reception desk or people in suits walking around. Usually, it's just the staff coming in early, grabbing some tea from the shop nearby, and getting straight to the day’s tasks. We deal with all kinds of construction and building tech work, mostly focusing on getting things built right the first time. The office feels lived-in because we spend so many hours here figuring out logistics and talking to contractors. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the samples and drawings, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually doing the work. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real community. We’ve seen the streets change over the years while we stayed put in this same building. It’s a straightforward place where we just get things done without making a big show of it.
