Down in Dharwad, we have our setup at number 32, Sanstuta. It is near Shankar Math in the Ys Colony area. Being near the Math makes it easy for people to find us. Dharwad has a different pace than the bigger cities, which we appreciate. The air is a bit cleaner here. Our office is in a building that feels more like a house. We do build-tech work, so we are always looking at materials and structural designs. There are samples of tiles and bricks sitting on the shelves. It’s a bit of a cramped space, but we make it work. We have a few computers for the drafting work and a big table for meetings. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We start our day early when it’s still cool outside. By the afternoon, the sun can be quite strong. We usually take a break for lunch and have some local food. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to put buildings together. Ys Colony is a quiet neighborhood, and we try not to make too much noise. Sometimes clients come by to look at the plans. We just sit down with them and talk through the details over some tea.
