Nexus

Nexus is based out of HAL 2nd Stage on M T B Road 2020. This area is always moving, with people heading to work and the Metro construction nearby. Our office is on a floor that gets a lot of afternoon sun, so it’s usually pretty bright inside. We’ve got a few computers set up on long tables, and there’s always a tangle of wires under the desks that we keep meaning to fix. It’s not a polished showroom. We have stacks of paper and empty crates in the corners. The guys here usually wear jeans and t-shirts because we’re more about the work than looking a certain way. On MTB Road, the parking is always a bit of a nightmare, so most of us just park our bikes wherever we can find a tiny gap. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all end up sitting around the small balcony watching the traffic until it comes back. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just do what we need to do from this building and go home. People who visit usually comment on the old posters we have on the walls. They’ve been there since 2020 when we moved in. It’s just home for us now, even with the noise and the dust. We order some food together in the evenings if we have to finish a big project. It's a decent place to spend the day.
