Newro Rehabilitation Centre

We are over here in Okalipuram, tucked right behind the RRR Kalyana Mandapam on the 5th Main. It's a bit of a busy spot because of the marriage hall, but you get used to the noise after a while. Most days at Newro Rehabilitation Centre are pretty steady. We’ve got folks coming in for all sorts of physical stuff, mostly neuro recovery. It’s a plain building, nothing too fancy, just some rooms and equipment for people to work on their movement. Some people get confused finding the turn off the main road, but once you see the BCIE sign, you're basically there. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the staff usually just gets on with things. There’s a lot of waiting around sometimes for the patients, so we try to keep the chairs filled and the schedules moving. It’s not like those big corporate hospitals you see in the city center; it’s more grounded. You might see us grabbing tea nearby when there’s a break. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but this corner stays mostly the same. We handle the paperwork and the therapy sessions one by one. It’s hard work for the people visiting, but they keep at it. We just provide the space and the help they need to get through their exercises. If you’re looking for us, just look for the 5th Main sign and head towards the back of the Kalyana Mandapam.
