You can find us at Sadar Patrappa Road in the 2nd Block, unit 41395. If you know SP Road, you know how crowded it gets with all the shops and people pushing carts. We fit right in there with our piles of abrasive wheels and cutting tools. It’s a small shop, but we pack it full. I’ve been working here since I was a teenager, and not much has changed except for the prices. We deal with a lot of walk-in customers who are looking for a bargain or a specific tool they can't find elsewhere. The air is always a bit thick with the smell of metal and cardboard. I spend a lot of time sorting through the stock because things get misplaced easily in such a tight space. We don't do anything fancy, just sell the products and give the change. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door, so we have to move the stock back. It’s a busy life, and there’s always someone shouting outside or a bike honking. We don't have time for long meetings or planning; we just see what needs to be sold each day. My uncle helps with the accounts on weekends because I’m not great with the numbers. It’s an honest living and we’ve stayed in the same spot because it works for us and the people who buy from us.
