Neumatica Technologies Pvt Ltd is located in the Peenya First Stage industrial area. The exact spot is Spl Plot No 9-F, on the 10th Cross, Third Main. If you know Bangalore’s industrial zones, you know Peenya is always busy. There’s a lot of trucks and noise from the other factories nearby. We work with pneumatic systems and technology. Our building is a typical industrial plot. It has high ceilings and a lot of metal racking. The office part is just a small section partitioned off at the front. It gets a bit dusty because of the heavy traffic on the 10th cross. We have a small yard where we load and unload the parts. The staff here has been together for a long time. We usually have lunch in the small shed out back. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a workshop feel. We have tools laying around and a lot of technical manuals on the shelves. Sometimes the power fluctuates and we have to reset the machines. It is just part of being in this area. We focus on getting the orders out on time. The name Neumatica sounds a bit fancy, but the reality is just a lot of hard work and grease. We like the grit of the place though.
