It’s directly opposite the ICICI Bank, which is a big help for anyone trying to locate us for the first time. We focus on travel and forex, similar to a lot of businesses in this part of town. The office is on the ground level, so it’s easy to just walk in from the street. We deal with people wanting to go on holiday or those needing cash for business trips abroad. It’s a lot of paperwork, checking passports, and making sure the exchange rates are fair. The noise from Infantry Road is pretty constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't a big corporate chain; it’s just a practical space where we work through the day's tasks. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once to plan a trip, but we make do with the chairs we have.
