Neevinc Services is located in Maruthi Nagar, right in the Madivala area. We are at 10-17-18. If you know Madivala, you know it’s one of the busiest spots in Bangalore with all the buses and people moving through. Our office is right in the middle of that energy. It’s a practical space because everything we need is just a short walk away. We provide various services, mostly the kind of things that require a lot of paperwork and following up with different departments. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s necessary and we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years. The office itself is quite small. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are overflowing, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. It gets a bit loud during the day with the street noise, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We aren't big on corporate rules or fancy titles. Everyone just chips in and does what needs to be done to get the job finished. We drink a lot of tea from the stall just down the road and usually eat our lunch at our desks while we work. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. People come in with problems, and we spend our time trying to fix them. There’s no marketing talk here, just plain English and a lot of hard work. We like being in Maruthi Nagar because it feels like we are right where the action is every single day.
