Our office is at 495 New Thippasandra. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops, and we’re right in the thick of all that noise. The space isn’t very big, so we have to be careful not to trip over each other’s chairs when we move around. We’ve got shelves full of old project files and some models we made out of cardboard and glue years ago that are starting to gather a lot of dust. We mostly work on local houses and some small shop fronts. It’s a lot of sitting around a cramped table and talking about where the stairs should go so they don't block the light in the hallway. We don’t use a lot of fancy words; we just try to explain things in a way that makes sense to the homeowners who are paying for the work. Every morning starts with a bit of a cleanup because the desks get incredibly messy by the end of the day. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, and we spend more time than we probably should watching the world go by. It’s a practical kind of job. We deal with contractors, get yelled at sometimes when a delivery is late, and do a bit of yelling back when things aren't being built right. That's just how the building business is. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name, and we like it that way.
