We are over in JP Nagar 7th Phase in Bangalore, specifically at Srinivasa Nilaya on 6th Main. The address is number 2 on 1st A Cross. It’s a nice part of the city, mostly residential but getting more built up every year. Our office is basically in a converted house, which gives it a more relaxed feel than those big glass buildings downtown. Bangalore traffic is always a mess, so we usually try to get in early or stay late to miss the worst of it. The 6th Main road has a lot of trees, which is nice when you want to take a quick walk to clear your head. Nd Developers has been working out of this spot for a while now. We have a few rooms set up for different teams, and the kitchen area is where everyone ends up hanging out for tea. It’s a bit of a tight fit sometimes when we have everyone in the office at once. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can actually hear the birds, which is rare for Bangalore these days. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors on the phone. It’s not a flashy setup, but it’s comfortable and works well for what we do. People usually find us by looking for the Srinivasa Nilaya sign near the corner of the cross road. It is just a practical place for us to get our daily work done.
