Nbcc Limited

Nbcc Limited has an office at 44/C Sathyanarayana Temple Street in Halasuru. This is one of the older parts of Bangalore, so the streets are narrow and full of history and noise. The temple is right there, and you can always hear the bells and the sound of people walking by in the mornings. Our building is a bit old-fashioned, which actually fits the neighborhood quite well. Inside, it’s a mix of old wooden furniture and some newer office gear that we’ve added over the years. The traffic in Halasuru is pretty bad most of the time, so we usually try to get in early before the whole place gets clogged up with cars. We deal with various projects around the city. Being in Bangalore, everything is moving fast, but our corner of the city feels a bit more grounded and slow. We have a small team here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or dealing with local contractors who drop by to talk. The office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open, even if the noise from the street comes in. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our daily coffee. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have calendars and maps of the city pinned up. It’s a busy place but we try to keep things simple and focus on the task at hand.
