Navya Vinyas

We run Navya Vinyas from our small office at 20/2 on Cambridge Cross Road. Sadashiva Nagar is a pretty part of town, and being here feels right for the type of work we do. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us working on various projects that come our way. Most of the time, we are busy with layouts and planning. The office is at a convenient spot, though parking on the cross road can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. We don't spend money on big signs or marketing stuff. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past number 20/2. We take things as they come. If a project is complicated, we spend more time on it until it makes sense. It is simple work but requires a lot of focus and patience. We like the pace here in this neighborhood. Sometimes it's very quiet, other times it's a bit frantic when a deadline is close. We don't have a polished pitch to give. We just show what we’ve worked on before. Being in Sadashiva Nagar means we get to see a lot of the older houses and new builds side by side. It gives us plenty of ideas for our own projects. We just show up every day and get to work on whatever is on the table. It is a simple life.
