Naveen Tiles

We've been here at Naveen Tiles for a while now. Our spot is on the 7th floor of the Naveen Complex, right there on Mahathma Gandhi Road. Being so close to the Taj Hotel makes it easy for folks to find us, though the traffic around here can be a real headache some days. We deal with all sorts of tiles. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and keeping track of stock, but we manage. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle orders and talk to customers who walk in. Most of the guys working here have been around for years. We know the building inside out. Sometimes the elevator acts up, but that's just part of life in an older complex like this one. We keep samples of different ceramics and stones around so people can actually see what they’re getting before they decide. It gets dusty, but that's the nature of the tile business. We spend most of our time answering phones or checking what’s left in the back. It’s steady work. We don't really do big ads or anything, just focus on getting the right boxes to the right people at the right time. Usually, it’s contractors coming by, but we get homeowners too. We just try to keep things moving and make sure nobody leaves waiting too long. It's just a regular day-to-day operation here on MG Road.
