National Homes

National Homes is located at Sajjan Rao Circle in Jayanagar West, specifically at number 59 on the 40th Cross. Jayanagar is a great area, and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years we’ve been here. Our office is right near the circle, so we get to see plenty of people passing by every day. Inside, it’s a fairly humble setup. We have some old wooden furniture and a few maps of the local areas pinned to the walls. We don't really use much technology beyond what’s absolutely necessary, preferring to keep our notes in physical ledgers or simple files. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic from the circle, but we’ve grown to like the energy of the place. Usually, there is a pot of tea going, and someone is always ready to have a chat about what’s happening in the neighborhood. We don't try to look more successful than we are; we just provide a place where people can come and talk about their housing needs without feeling pressured. The floorboards creak a little in certain spots, and the paint might be peeling a bit near the ceiling, but it’s a comfortable place to spend the day. We like being part of the Jayanagar community and being a spot where locals feel they can just drop in. It’s just us doing our thing in a way that feels right. The neighbor’s dog often sits by our front step.
