We've been here at No. 76 M. G. Road for a while now. It's an old building, but it fits the kind of stuff we handle. Mostly we deal with old items, pieces of art, and things that have a bit of history to them. People come in just to look around sometimes. We spend a lot of time cleaning things up or trying to figure out where a specific piece came from. It gets dusty in here, and the lighting isn't always perfect, but that's just part of working with antiques. The shop is usually busy on weekends when folks are walking down M. G. Road. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know a bit about older Indian art and crafts. Sometimes we get something in that we haven't seen before, and we have to spend a few days researching it. It's not a fast business. You have to have patience. We keep things organized as much as we can, but there are always crates or boxes tucked away in corners. If you’re passing by the MG road area, you might see our sign. We try to keep the windows interesting. It is a quiet place for the most part, unless we are moving heavy furniture or crates around. It’s what we do, and we’ve been doing it a long time now. Just a local spot for people who like old things and don't mind a bit of dust.
