Nap Body Studio

If you’re walking around Koramangala 4th Block, you might find us at Nap Body Studio. We are on the 3rd floor of the Art Arcade building. That’s right on the 80th feet ring road. If you see the 6th Gear showroom, we are just opposite that. It’s a lively part of Bangalore, 560034, with a lot of shops and places to eat around. Our studio is a place where we focus on bodywork and staying fit. We didn't want a place that felt like a big commercial gym, so we kept it a bit more personal. It’s a walk up to the third floor, but it’s good for the legs. We have a view of the road from up here, and you can see the city moving while we work. The team here is just a few folks who know a lot about movement. We aren't into the whole fitness influencer thing; we just want people to feel stronger. The space has a good feel to it, with plenty of light coming in. Sometimes the music from the street gets loud, but we don't mind. We get a lot of young people from the nearby offices and some of the older residents of Koramangala too. It’s a nice mix. We keep our schedules simple and our methods direct. No need to overcomplicate things when it comes to the body. We’re just here doing our thing on the 80 feet road every day.
