Nandita Infrastructure Pvt Ltd is located at B-62, Harsh Vihar, on the 2nd Main Road in Sainikpuri, Secunderabad. We’ve been at this address for quite some time now. Our office isn't one of those high-tech spaces with glass walls. It’s a regular building where the air conditioner struggles a bit during the peak of summer. We focus on infrastructure projects, so there’s always a lot of talk about cement, steel, and labor schedules. Most of the desks are covered in rolls of technical drawings and half-empty water bottles. We aren't really the type of people to sit in meetings all day talking about strategy. We would rather be out at a site making sure the work is actually happening. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets stressful when a deadline is approaching or a machine breaks down. We’ve got a small, steady crew who have been together for years. There is usually some light music playing in the background to drown out the sound of the traffic outside. We don't have a fancy website or a person dedicated to social media. We just answer the phone when it rings and try to solve whatever problem comes up next. It’s a bit of a messy business, but we like the fact that we can see the results of our work in the real world.
