Nandi Printers

We’ve been here in Jayanagar 9th Block for a while now. Most people know us because we're right across from Mayura Bakery on 15th Cross. It's a busy little spot in Ms Layout. We do printing. Paper gets everywhere in the shop, and the machines can be loud when they’re running all day. Sometimes the ink gets on our hands, but that's just part of the job. People come in for all sorts of things, maybe a few copies or something larger for a project. We keep things simple. If you're walking down 6th Main, you’ll see our sign. It isn't a huge fancy office, just a workspace where we get things done. We try to keep the machines maintained so they don't jam, though paper jams happen to everyone eventually. We usually have piles of cardstock and different sized envelopes sitting around. The neighborhood has changed over the years, but we’re still here at the same corner. Dealing with files and formatting takes up most of our morning. We don't have a big front desk or anything. Just us working and talking to whoever walks through the door. It’s a practical way to spend the day. Usually, the smell of fresh ink is the first thing you notice when you step inside. We just focus on the stack of orders on the counter and try to finish them before it gets dark. We don't use any shiny advertising, just our work.
