Nandi Housing is based at No.540/21 in the Annaiah Reddy Layout area of Bangalore. We’ve been in this part of Karnataka for quite a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular building where we keep all our files and meeting tables. Most days, it's just a few of us sitting around talking to contractors or looking over site plans for the next project. Bangalore has grown so much since we started, and the traffic around here can be a real headache sometimes. We usually have the windows open to get a bit of a breeze, though it brings in the street noise too. There is a small tea stall just down the road that we visit way too often. Our work mostly involves figuring out where the next set of houses will go and making sure the builders have what they need. It’s a lot of boring paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll find one of us buried under a pile of blueprints or arguing with a supplier on the mobile. It’s a bit messy and loud, but that’s just how we operate. We like being in this neighborhood because it feels real and not like those sterile corporate parks on the edge of the city. Most people who live nearby know us by name now.
