Nambisan Associates

Nambisan Associates is at 2473, 16th F Main in HAL II Stage. The neighborhood is full of winding streets and a lot of greenery, which makes for a pleasant walk if you aren't in a big hurry. Our office is a straightforward setup with plenty of desk space and a few plastic chairs for visitors who drop in. We have a lot of maps of the local area pinned to the walls with old thumbtacks. It’s a quiet spot, away from the main commercial hubs, so we can actually hear ourselves think while we are working on different designs. The building itself is older, with heavy doors and windows that sometimes creak quite loudly when the wind blows. We keep a kettle in the corner for making tea, and there’s always a packet of biscuits sitting around somewhere for the afternoon slump. HAL II Stage has a specific character that we’ve grown to love over the years we’ve been here. Most of our days are spent going over blueprints or talking on the phone with suppliers about material costs. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy enough to keep the lights on. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to handle the phones, so you’ll likely talk to one of the designers if you call us. We like the independence of being a smaller firm. It’s just us, our tools, and the projects we have in front of us.
